After Habib Diarra, Senegal may be forced to do without another key player for the October international break.
Indeed, Dion Lopy has picked up an injury and will be unable to travel with his teammates to Las Palmas. This news was confirmed by Almeria, who have also stated that he is doubtful for the match against Deportivo La Coruña on October 4, 2025.
Pape Thiaw might also be forced to do without his midfielder, who has earned five caps with the Lions of Teranga.
