Rams waive DT David Olajiga from offseason roster
In the same week that the Rams signed wide receiver Britain Covey , Los Angeles waived a defensive tackle from the offseason roster. The team announced on Wednesday that it has parted ways with defensive tackle David Olajiga.
Olajiga, a second-year defender from London, England, spent time on the Rams’ practice squad last year as a member of the International Player Pathway, which gave Los Angeles an extra spot on the practice squad. He went undrafted out of Central Missouri in 2024 and signed with the Rams as a free agent.
He signed a reserve/future contract with Los Angeles this offseason, but he won’t get a chance to compete for a roster spot unless the Rams bring him back at some point this summer.
