When it comes to elite tight ends in the 2026 recruiting class, the Oregon Ducks are currently sitting pretty, with a commitment from 5-star Kendre Harrison, the No. 2 ranked TE in the class.
They don't appear to be satisfied, though.
While Harrison is an elite player, Dan Lanning and his staff are continuing to push for more, recruiting 5-star TE Mark Bowman hard over the past few months. Bowman is rated by the 247Sports Composite as the No. 16 overall player in the 2026 class, and the No. 1 TE in the nation.
As a player from Mater Dei in California, the Ducks are in a good position, seeing as they have formulated a strong pipeline from the area over the years under Dan Lanning. We will see if Oregon can stay in the mix down the road despite already having a top-ranked TE prospect in the class.
