Some of the NBA greats have made careers out of consistently tallying triple-doubles. Michael Jordan, for example, once tallied seven consecutive triple-doubles in a row in 1989. The feat was so rare, that Jordan remained the lone player in Chicago Bulls history to record consecutive triple-doubles.
That is, until Tuesday, Nov. 4, when Bulls guard Josh Giddey notched his second triple-double in a row.
Here is more on how exactly Giddey joined Jordan in Bulls history.

How many consecutive triple doubles does Josh Giddey have?
Giddey has been on fire to begin the 2025-2026 season. He has yet to score fewer than 18 points in a game and has seen a stark increase in his rebounding. Giddey tallied his first triple-double of the season on Sunday, dropping 23 points, 11 rebounds and 12 assists against the New York Knicks.
The Bulls guard carried that momentum into Tuesday's contest against the Philadelphia 76ers. Chicago trailed nearly the entire game, only pulling ahead after Giddey found Nikola Vucevic for the game winner.
