Since being hired as head coach of the New York Jets, Aaron Glenn has expressed how happy he is to be in the position he is in.
Glenn showed that again during a recent training camp practice.
During Friday's workout, fans were in attendance watching and rooting on their team. Because of them, Glenn was in his emotions during and after practice.
“I’m sure this is going to hit at some point, but I told the players this: The first time since I became head coach, today was the first day it really hit me,” Glenn said . “And it hit me once I heard the fans give the ‘J-E-T-S’ chant.
A former first-round pick by the Green and White in 1994, Glenn always has been upfront about his feelings toward returning to New York.
