Puma Chief Commercial Officer Matthias Baeumer will step down from the Management Board effective September 30, 2026 for personal reasons, with CEO Arthur Hoeld overseeing sales and subsidiaries in the interim. After almost 20 years at Puma, Baeumer will remain a consultant and represent the company on Borussia Dortmund's Supervisory Board while the four-member board awaits his replacement.
