Kering has appointed Sophie Maddaloni as General Secretary, effective immediately, with the Paris-based executive joining the Group's Executive Committee and reporting to Group Chief Operating Officer Jean-Marc Duplaix. She will oversee governance, compliance, Legal, Internal Control, Internal Audit and Security, drawing on legal, tax and transformation experience.
