D.J. Reader was New York Giants' highest-graded player in loss vs. Saints

The Giants controlled most of the opening half at MetLife and led 10-0 late in the second quarter. They did not control much of what followed.

New Orleans answered with 34 consecutive points. Jameis Winston was pulled after a second interception. J.J. McCarthy entered in the fourth quarter, led three scoring drives, and cut the deficit to 34-27 with just over two minutes left. The final fourth-and-1 from the Saints’ 14-yard line fell incomplete. The loss was New York’s first since Week 2.
