The Cincinnati Reds are back in action against the Los Angeles Dodgers on Wednesday night in southern California. This time, they’re up against one of the best pitchers in the world in Yoshinobu Yamamoto, off whom Elly De La Cruz will attempt to extend his dinger streak.
Rhett Lowder starts for the Reds, with first pitch scheduled for 10:10 PM ET. Carlos Jorge is in the leadoff spot for the first time in his young career as manager Terry Francona continues to try to find a non-Elly or Sal spark to the top of the lineup.
